We are very pleased to be entering into Reopening Massachusetts Phase Three,
called the Vigilant Phase by Gov. Baker.
PDC will now be able to provide “hybrid” services, which is a combination of telehealth and face-to-face services under certain conditions. Rest assured we will be following all safety protocols, including social distancing with face masks, personal hygiene protocols, and cleaning / disinfecting of work spaces.
The majority of our services will continue with telehealth, as we slowly begin the process of some face-to-face appointments. For current PDC families, please discuss this with your service coordinator to determine what will work best for you and your family.
As always, we want to hear from new families and our referral sources who may be interested in accessing early intervention for a child birth to three years.
If you’d like to refer a child, please call our Main office number at 413-499-4537. Please leave your name, the child’s name and date of birth, the town they reside in, and a number where we can reach you.
Our office staff will be checking our messages daily and will respond as soon as we can. We send our warmest wishes to all and hope that you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
“PDC went to great lengths to support our family during the time of our son’s surgery. They were caring and understanding about our “ups & downs” during this crisis in our family. We knew we could call them and they would assist us in any way we needed. The communication between our family and PDC was always reliable and understanding. We watched as Ryan’s speech began to come in, with the help of the Therapist, who showed us what to work on to bring in more skills. We are so thankful to all the amazing, encouraging and supportive staff at PDC. At Ryan’s Team meeting at the school, I looked around the room and was amazed at the number of therapists who took the time to be here, to make sure Ryan got the services he needed after age three. Thanks to everyone at PDC from Ryan’s family!”
