As Early Intervention providers, our team members have advanced training in identifying the early signs of autism. We are committed to helping families who have potential concerns about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to receive immediate assistance and support.
Following an initial developmental assessment by our team to clarify concerns, our Autism Specialist may offer additional testing/evaluation, as well as a referral to a diagnostic center when desired.
If a diagnosis is confirmed, we assist with a timely referral to the Mass. Department of Public Health’s Specialty Services Programs for Young Children with Autism, including 3 agencies that are DPH-certified to cover Berkshire County.
Our Autism Specialist on staff will continue to offer support, individual therapies for your child, and assistance with the transition to a pre-school setting as your child approaches their third birthday.
